Guaranteed RAM
What is the real difference between the Internet hosting industry-related phrases ?regular RAM? and ?guaranteed RAM??
RAM, or Random Access Memory, is a type of computer data storage, that allows the info to be read randomly without accessing the preceding bytes before that. This makes the RAM substantially quicker than other sorts of storage devices including DVDs or HDDs in which all the info must be read in order to access particular information. When you have a shared hosting account, the exact amount of memory that your web programs can use cannot be fixed and may often be determined by the free memory which is available on the physical server. When using a standalone server, however, there is always a minimum amount of physical memory that will be for your use at all times and will never be assigned to other clients even if it is not being used. That is valid with our virtual and dedicated hosting servers.

Guaranteed RAM in Dedicated Servers
All of our
dedicated server plans feature a large amount of physical memory, that will allow you to run incredibly heavy web apps without any difficulties. We use brand-new and extensively tested hardware components when we install a new web server to make sure that there will not be any problems of any sort. The RAM memory is not an exception and if you order a dedicated server, we will make sure that you get the best functionality possible from the configuration that you have selected. Even if we discover that you are not using the total capacity of the machine, we won't modify the hardware in any way, so the total amount of RAM which will be readily available will always be the same. You can easily check out the configuration, including the physical memory, within your billing CP at any time.
