Weekly Backup
Understand how the weekly backups provided with the Virtual Private Servers work along with what data is protected.
In contrast to a shared Internet hosting account where the data is backed up by the provider, if you employ a virtual or a dedicated server you will need to keep manual backups because this sort of a service isn't included by default. As excellent as a hosting server might be, there's always a chance that something may go wrong. For instance, you may delete some content accidentally or a script-driven app might get corrupted after an update. In case you have a backup, you won't have to concern yourself with such problems since the content can be easily restored. As it may not be quite handy to do this constantly on your end, we provide an optional backup service for every one of our server solutions and we will store a copy of your content on an independent machine to be certain that it's unharmed no matter what. With the upgrade, you could work on your hosting server without needing to worry that you could lose any data due to any reason.

Weekly Backup in Dedicated Servers
When you use one of our
dedicated servers, you could use the optional backup service with just 2 clicks. You can include it during the initial signup and have backups generated as soon as your hosting server is operational or you could add it later through your Control Panel just in case you decide that you will need it for the future. With this service, 50 Gigabytes of disk space on an independent hosting server shall be reserved for you at all times, so in case anything breaks down with an Internet site or some other web application, we can instantly restore the information. You could get weekly backups not only as an independent service, but also as an element of our Managed Services pack, which includes a number of other tasks our admins can do for you such as installing third-party programs and updating the Operating System of your dedicated web server. This shall permit you to work on your web apps without having to worry that something can go not as planned.
